Breathing – the first thing we do when we enter this world and the last thing we do when we leave it.
Our inhalation is often called the inspiration of our breath. Likewise our exhalation is called the expiration. In this way the circle of breath mirrors the circle of life on a moment to moment basis.
Our breath is the bridge between our inner life and our external environment.
This workshop gives us the space to honour, acknowledge and connect with our fundamental breath. How does its movement change the shape of our body, enliven our spirit and charge up our ability to connect? We’ll explore how we bring this awareness into our daily practice so we can enjoy the power of our breath to consciously connect us with our awareness of the present moment.
