A Meditation & Mindfulness class designed to make the practices more accessible. Yogini Priya will first gently lead you through some Yin Yoga postures to help make sitting techniques more accessible, gifting you with helpful tips & suggestions. You will then be guided carefully towards a silent Meditation to take you deeper.
Yogini Priya is a 430hr RYT Yoga Teacher from Margaret River, WA.
Moving beyond illness through diet, Meditation & a more accepting, loving approach to Yoga, Priya has emerged into a compassionate & respected teacher.
Her Vision is to empower others to connect to their own innate Divinity & ability to heal themselves.
