Preschoolers love going on magical adventures while moving and stretching their little bodies. They learn to explore the natural world; hopping like frogs, tip-toeing through moonlit forests, howling like wolves, crab-walking on beaches and jumping out of trees with the monkeys!
Sessions are a playful, imaginative mix of fun and movement. We learn breathing techniques, we warm up, we do real (simplified) yoga poses to a story that ends with relaxation. Help your children learn to cultivate self-awareness like seeds growing in a beautiful garden.
