Nowadays, our life and world moves very, very fast. Every day our children and ourselves are inundated with busy and stressful stimulations. Yoga functions as a release valve that alleviates pressure.
Coming along to do a Family Yoga Class allows everyone time together – a time to focus on each other, and enjoy each other. During a Family Yoga class we head out on an adventure together that is a balance between spontaneity and structure. On our adventure we use our bodies and minds to tell the story. We share ideas, create magic and learn things about each other. It is loads of fun, full of laughs and is offered in a non-competitive and non-judgmental environment.
Children and family members learn breathing techniques and physical postures to help them deal with everyday life. There is no right or wrong way; there is only the fun way! Our classes use yoga techniques designed especially for children and family members so they can work together and have fun together.
We encourage constant self-discovery and inquisitiveness during our classes, helping to provide building blocks for the future.
